If 2023 felt like a bit of a chore, how to make 2024 a little bit sexier.

2023 was, according to many, a bit of a meat grinder. Despite us having gotten past COVID, everyone seemed to be on tenterhooks. Wars in Ukraine and the Middle East had us anxious; political fixation and polarization kept us constantly low-grade angry; and our mental health seems to have not yet fully recovered from those long months of social isolation that lockdowns forced upon us.

All this to say, for many, 2023 was not the sexual smorgasbord we were hoping for from a post-pandemic world.

So, in the interest of leaving the past behind, how do we set 2024 up to be our sexiest, most vibrant year ever? As you consider your New Year’s resolutions, hopes, and aspirations, let me suggest the following:

  • Make being sexy your personal mission for 2024

There are so many responsibilities that compete for our time, and we often allow anything and everything to interpose on our intentions to be sexual. Whether it’s work, family, or chores, it seems that there is always a reason for allowing sex to take a back seat. Let me suggest a reversal — allow sex to lead your parade.
