Are we failing Gen Z?

My kids — teens — are the poster children of ‘woke’. They are are hyper-aware of social injustice in all of its forms. They are proud feminists, supporters of Black Lives Matter, and — quite literally — were having panic attacks when they went to bed on election night and it looked like the Donald might gain reelection.

I’m very proud of how seriously they take all forms of equality and how outraged they are by racism and injustice.
