One Year Into Writing on Medium — What Have I Learned?
When I was in university, I took an English class mandatory for everyone studying pre-med. The professor was a battle-ax — the head of the state English language society — and she strongly disdained those who studied maths and science. She would tell us her mission was to ensure the drug-dispensers of the world were a tiny bit less ignorant and illiterate than we all appeared to want to be.
